The Subcommittee on Human Rights and International Development of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade met at 3:34 p.m. this day, in Room 701 La Promenade Building, the Chair, David Kilgour, presiding.

 

Members of the Subcommittee present: Navdeep Bains, Diane Bourgeois, Stockwell Day, Peter Goldring, Hon. David Kilgour and Hon. Paddy Torsney.

 

Other Members present: Alexa McDonough.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Subcommittee resumed a briefing session on Canada's contribution to peace-building, human rights and development in Colombia.
 

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

 

At 5:31 p.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
