Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of challenges faced by senior women with a focus on the factors contributing to their poverty and vulnerability.

Katherine Scott and Margaret Gillis made statements and, with Kiran Rabheru, answered questions.

At 9:46 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:50 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Lynn Lecnik, by videoconference from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Mary Moody and Lana Schriver made statements.

At 10:04 a.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.
