Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Monday, March 7, 2016, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-4, An Act to amend the Canada Labour Code, the Parliamentary Employment and Staff Relations Act, the Public Service Labour Relations Act and the Income Tax Act.

Tony Fanelli, Derrick Hynes and Daniel Kelly made statements and answered questions.

At 4:32 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:35 p.m., the sitting resumed.

John Logan, by videoconference from Berkeley, California, Sara Slinn, by videoconference from West Vancouver, British Columbia and Andrew C.L. Sims made statements and answered questions.

At 5:31 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
