Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, the committee commenced its study of Canada’s sanctions regime.

Alexandre Lévêque made a statement and, with Marie-Josée Langlois, answered questions.

At 12:04 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:11 p.m., the sitting resumed.

The witnesses answered questions.

Committee Business
The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the analysts prepare a list of recommended witnesses in relation to the study of the impacts of the Wagner Group.

At 1:11 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
