Kathryn Ferreira, by videoconference from Kingston, Ontario, made a statement and answered questions.

Debra Parkes, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, and Eric Michael, by videoconference from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, made statements and answered questions.
