Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, November 9, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of medical cannabis and veterans’ well-being.

Marcel Bonn-Miller, by videoconference from Newark, California, Max Gaboriault, by videoconference from Courtenay, British Columbia, Zach Walsh and Celeste Thirlwell made statements and answered questions.

At 5:34 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
