The Standing Committee on Health met at 11:11 a.m. this day, in Room 209, West Block, the Chair, Bonnie Brown, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Diane Ablonczy, Ray Bonin, Diane Bourgeois, Bonnie Brown, Yvon Charbonneau, Stan Dromisky, James Lunney, Rob Merrifield, Hélène Scherrer, Judy Sgro, Judy Wasylycia-Leis.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Sonya Norris, Research Officer.
Witnesses: From the Department of Health: Ian C. Green, Deputy Minister; Ian Shugart, Assistant Deputy Minister, Health Policy and Communications Branch; Patrick Borbey, Associate Assistant Deputy Minister, First Nations and Inuit Health Branch; Robert S. Lafleur, Senior Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate Services Branch; Diane Gorman, Assistant Deputy Minister, Health Products and Food Branch.
