Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, January 31, 2022, the committee commenced its study of railway safety.

Kathleen Fox made a statement and, with André Lapointe, answered questions.

At 4:46 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:47 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Gian-Carlo Carra, Chris J Apps and Lyndon Isaak made statements and answered questions.

At 5:36 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
