Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on April 21, 2023, the committee commenced its study of the review of the impact of Canada’s procurement process on the Canadian Armed Forces.

Yves Giroux made a statement and, with Christopher Penney, answered questions.

At 10:02 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:07 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on October 6, 2022, the committee resumed its study of Cybersecurity and Cyberwarfare.

ORDERED, — That the draft report be adopted.

ORDERED, — That the report be entitled: "The Cyber Defence of Canada".

ORDERED, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

ORDERED, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the committee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.

ORDERED, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in Calibri 12-point font, left aligned, single-spaced, and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the clerk of the committee, not later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 16, 2023.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

At 10:48 a.m., the committe adjourned to the call of the Chair.
