Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, the committee commenced consideration of the subject matter of Bill C-45, An Act to amend the First Nations Fiscal Management Act, to make consequential amendments to other Acts, and to make a clarification relating to another Act.

Harold Calla, Clarence T. (Manny) Jules, Allan Claxton, and Ernie Daniels made statements and, with Jason Calla and Grant Christoff, answered questions.
