Pursuant to the order of reference of Monday, March 8, 2021, the committee commenced consideration of Bill C-14, An Act to implement certain provisions of the economic statement tabled in Parliament on November 30, 2020 and other measures.

The minister made a statement and, with Nicolas Moreau, Lesley Taylor, Maude Lavoie, Trevor McGowan, Barbara Motzney, and Jocelyne Voisin, answered questions.

At 3:49 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit for an additional 20 minutes.

At 4:08 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:28 p.m., the sitting resumed.

The committee resumed consideration of Bill C-14, An Act to implement certain provisions of the economic statement tabled in Parliament on November 30, 2020 and other measures.

Pursuant to the order of reference of Wednesday, February 3, 2021, the committee resumed consideration of Bill C-208, An Act to amend the Income Tax Act (transfer of small business or family farm or fishing corporation).

The committee commenced its clause-by-clause study of the Bill.
