Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of the Government of Canada's support for the international trade of small and medium-sized businesses.

Guy Jobin, by videoconference from Montréal, Quebec, Melissa Chee, by videoconference from Richmond Hill, Ontario, and Sandra Altner, by teleconference from Winnipeg, Manitoba, made statements and answered questions.

At 4:08 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
