The House of Commons welcomes all feedback, comments and questions regarding the accessibility of the House’s products and services.
The following form allows you to provide anonymous feedback, comments and questions about accessibility and the House of Commons’ Accessibility Action Plan. It also allows you to request a copy of the plan and the Feedback Process document in an alternative format.
Please do not include sensitive information such as your social insurance number or personal financial data.
