Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the subcommittee on Monday, February 7, 2022, the subcommittee resumed its study of Recognition of International Human Rights Champions.

By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That Oleksandra Matviichuk provide her statement without being interpreted.

Mariam Lamizana and Oleksandra Matviichuk made statements and answered questions.

At 1:39 p.m., the subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
