The Committee advises that, pursuant to Standing Order 91.1(2), the Subcommittee on Private Members’ Business met to consider the items added to the order of precedence on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, and recommended that the items listed herein, which it has determined should not be designated non-votable, be considered by the House:

C-347 – Mr. Arseneault (Madawaska—Restigouche) – An Act to amend the Constitution Act, 1867 (oath of office)

C-354 – Mr. Beaulieu (La Pointe-de-l'Île) – An Act to amend the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Act (Quebec’s cultural distinctiveness and French-speaking communities)

Furthermore, the Committee advises that, pursuant to Standing Order 91.1(2), the Subcommittee on Private Members’ Business met to consider the order for the second reading of a private Member’s public bill originating in the Senate, and recommended that the item listed herein, which it has determined should not be designated non-votable, be considered by the House:
