Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on January 31, 2022, the committee resumed its study of threat analysis affecting Canada and the Canadian Armed Forces’ operational readiness to meet those threats.

Paul Thoppil made a statement and, with Kevin Hamilton and Weldon Epp, answered questions.

Paul Prévost made a statement and answered questions.

Committee Business
The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

ORDERED, — That the clerk of the committee be authorized to grant access to the committee's digital binder to the offices of the whips of each recognized party.
