Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(f) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, January 31, 2022, the committee resumed its study of Francophone immigration to Canada and Quebec.

Stéphane Handfield, Honorine Ngountchoup and Carol Jolin made statements and answered questions.

At 4:52 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

At 5:18 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:36 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $5,350, for the study of Francophone immigration to Canada and Quebec, be adopted.

Moïse Zahoui and Karl Blackburn made statements and answered questions.

At 6:09 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
