At 4:44 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:50 p.m., the sitting resumed.

J. Andrew Grant, Amali Tower and Jean-Louis Roy made statements and answered questions.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of Canada’s diplomatic capacity, the news release be adopted and published on the committee’s website.

At 5:40 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
