The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.
It was agreed, — That the body of the report be adopted, as amended, and that the version of the report, as adopted, be distributed to the members for the sole purpose of reviewing grammatical and editorial changes provided that such changes do not alter the substance of the report.
At 12:36 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
