Committee Business
The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the committee’s informal meeting on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, with a delegation from the House of Commons of the United Kingdom, a working meal be provided.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the committee’s informal meeting on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, with a delegation from the House of Commons of the United Kingdom, the clerk of the committee be authorized to purchase an appropriate gift to be presented to the delegation.

Application Backlogs and Processing Times
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, the committee resumed its study of application backlogs and processing times.

The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 5:31 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
