Elizabeth Long, Janet Dench and Mary Roman made statements and answered questions.
Larry Maguire gave notice of the following motion:
That Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada table in both English and French with the committee, until further notice, the previous month's number of people entering Canada, through non-official points of entry who claim asylum, not later than the 5th of the month succeeding the data.
At 2:04 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 2:07 p.m., the sitting resumed.
Omer Khayyam, Siavash Shekarian and Roger Rai made statements and, with Shervin Madani, answered questions.
At 3:05 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
