At 4:45 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:47 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Philippe Beaulieu and Costa Dimitrakopoulos made statements and answered questions.

At 5:41 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
