The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Second Report from the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure, which read as follows, be concurred in:

Your subcommittee met on Monday, February 14, 2022, to consider the business of the committee and agreed to make the following recommendations:

1. That the committee add an additional hour to the meetings of February 28 and March 21 and that each one-hour segment have three witnesses per panel and of those three, each will be allowed five minutes for opening statements.

2. That the committee add an additional meeting on 11 April 2022.

3. That the following witnesses be invited to appear subject to availability; and

4. That in cases where the witnesses are unavailable, the compiled list of witnesses and requests to appear will be used.
