Pursuant to the order of reference of Wednesday, December 8, 2021 and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, December13, 2021, the committee resumed its study of the situation in Afghanistan: humanitarian assistance for the Afghan People.

Barbara Grantham, Jason Nickerson and Manuel Fontaine made statements and, with Martine Flokstra, answered questions.

At 7:41 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 7:47 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Khalidha Nasiri, Ali Mirzad and Lauryn Oates made statements and, with William Maley, answered questions.

At 8:49 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
