Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, November 5, 2020, the committee commenced its study of the economic recovery from COVID-19.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

At 11:54 a.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit for an additional 20 minutes.

At 12:20 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:41 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 1:28 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
