Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 19, 2020, the committee resumed its study of the implementation of Mi’kmaq Treaty Fishing Rights to support a moderate livelihood.

Naiomi Metallic, Thierry Rodon and William Craig Wicken answered questions.

At 4:53 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:58 p.m., the sitting resumed.

George H. Ginnish and Darlene Bernard made statements and answered questions.

At 6:09 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
