Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, the committee resumed its study of the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on women.

At 11:14 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:17 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Cindy David, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, Maya Roy, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, and Anjum Sultana, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, made statements and, with Sharon Williston, by videoconference from Stephenville, Newfoundland and Labrador, answered questions.

Kate Tennier, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, made a statement.

At 12:13 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:14 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Andrea Mrozek, by videoconference from Ottawa, Ontario, made a statement and, with Kate Tennier, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, answered questions.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the subcommittee meet on Thursday, November 26, 2020, to provide recommendations on the prioritization of studies.

At 12:54 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
