Pursuant to Standing Order 81(4), the committee commenced consideration of the Main Estimates 2021-22 : Votes 1 and 5 under Department of Veterans Affairs, Vote 1 under Veterans Review ans Appeal Board, referred to the committee on Thursday, February 25, 2021.

The Chair called Vote 1 under Department of Veteran Affairs.

The Minister made a statement and, with Walter Natynczyk, answered questions.

Sara Lantz made a statement.

At 4:46 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:54 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 4:58 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:07 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Walter Natynczyk, Steven Harris and Rick Christopher answered questions.

By unanimous consent, the Chair called Vote 5 under Department of Veteran Affairs and Vote 1 under Veterans Review and Appeal Board.

Votes 1 and 5 under Department of Veterans Affairs and Vote 1 under Veterans Review and Appeal Board were carried on division.
