Dr. Scott Halperin, Pamela Fralick, Dion Neame, Peter Hardwick and Jim Keon made statements and answered questions.

At 12:40 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:57 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Patrick Hupé, Paramvir Nagpal and Mario Possamai made statements and answered questions.

At 2:33 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
