Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, the Committee commenced its study of an update on infrastructure projects and the Investing in Canada Plan.

Pat Vanini by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, Brock Carlton and Yvon Soucy made statements and, with Alana Lavoie and Patrick Émond, answered questions.

At 4:30 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:37 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Andrew Stevenson, Wendy Reuter and Jan De Silva made statements and answered questions.

At 5:22 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:24 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 5:28 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
