Larry Lachance and Laureen Kinney made statements and, with Aaron McCrorie and Denis Guindon, answered questions.

At 11:57 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:04 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Samuel Elfassy, Glenn Priestley and Darcy Granley made statements and answered questions.

At 12:40 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
