Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, May 30, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of rural crime in Canada (M-167).

Georgina Jolibois made a statement and answered questions.

On motion of Michel Picard, it was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $14,100, for the study of M-167, Rural Crime in Canada, be adopted.

A/Commr Byron Boucher and A/Commr John Ferguson, by videoconference from Edmonton, Alberta, made statements and, with Peter Tewfik, by videoconference from Edmonton, Alberta, answered questions.

At 5:02 p.m., Pierre Paul-Hus took the Chair.

At 5:06 p.m., Hon. John McKay took the Chair.

At 5:33 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
