Pursuant to the motion adopted by the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development on Thursday, February 4, 2016, the Subcommittee proceeded to a briefing from Common Frontiers on the Human Rights Situation in Central America.

Aleisar Arana Morales and Bernardo Belloso made statements and answered questions.
