Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, December 11, 2017, the Committee resumed its study on the current state and future of national energy data.

Judith Dwarkin and Ian Nieboer, by videoconference from Calgary, Alberta, and Monica Gattinger made statements and answered questions.

At 9:42 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:47 a.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That notwithstanding the routine motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, the witness presentation be distributed to members, in English only, and that it be redistributed, in both official languages, as soon as it is translated.

Steve Lappin and Greg Abbott, by videoconference from Calgary, Alberta, made statements and answered questions.

At 10:44 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
