Chief Electoral Officer’s report entitled "An Electoral Framework for the 21st Century: Recommendations from the Chief Electoral Officer of Canada Following the 42nd General Election"
Pursuant to Standing Order 32(5), the Committee resumed consideration of the report of the Chief Electoral Officer entitled "An Electoral Framework for the 21st Century: Recommendations from the Chief Electoral Officer of Canada Following the 42nd General Election", referred to the Committee on Tuesday, September 27, 2016.

The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the motion adopted on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, the Committee begin its study of the Standing Orders and procedure of the House and its committees on Thursday, December 8, 2016.

At 1:02 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
