Pursuant to Standing Order 92(2), the Committee commenced consideration of matters related to Private Members' Business regarding Bill C-421.

Mario Beaulieu made a statement and, with Marc-André Roche, answered questions.

At 11:38 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:47 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That Philippe Dufresne, Law Clerk and Parliamentary Counsel, be invited to appear on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, in relation to the consideration of matters related to Private Members' Business regarding Bill C-421.

At 12:12 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
