The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Report 3, Preparing Indigenous Offenders for Release, of the Fall 2016 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That the analysts and the Clerk, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the Committee’s website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

At 3:35 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

It was agreed, — That, on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, the Committee meet with a delegation of the Public Accounts Committee from Bangladesh; and that the Clerk of the Committee make the necessary arrangements for a working lunch with the delegation.

At 3:50 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:21 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 16:25 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the Committee undertake a study of Report 3, Preventing Corruption in Immigration and Border Services, of the Spring 2017 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada, in the event they are tabled in the House; and that witnesses be invited to appear before the Committee on Monday, May 29, 2017.
