Minutes of Proceedings
It was agreed, — That the Committee proceed to sit in camera.
At 4:34 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 4:39 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of Canada Post, e-commerce companies be invited on Monday, October 31, 2016.
It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the routine motion on document distribution adopted February 16, 2016, the confidential reports, used by the independent taskforce in their report on Canada Post, be distributed to the Committee members in English first, and in French when available.
It was agreed, — That the confidential reports be reviewed only by the Committee members and Committee staff in camera, and that they not be duplicated, redistributed, or used for other purposes.
At 5:15 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
