At 4:30 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Sarah Petrevan, by videoconference from Richmond Hill, Ontario, and Denis Leclerc made statements and, with Jean-François Béland, answered questions.

At 5:25 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
