D. George Dixon, Karin Hinzer, Anand Srinivasan, Laura O'Blenis, by videoconference from Fredericton, New Brunswick, Jeremy Auger, by videoconference from Kitchener, Ontario, and Dawn Davidson, by videoconference from Richmond Hill, Ontario, made statements and answered questions.

At 10:26 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:31 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 10:46 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
