Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, the Committee proceeded to a briefing on the mandate letter of the Minister of Health.

The Minister made a statement and answered questions.

At 3:37 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

The Minister made a statement and answered questions.

At 3:56 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:25 p.m., the sitting resumed.

The Minister, with Sony Perron, answered questions.

At 4:33 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 4:49 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:16 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Lynne Groulx made a statement and, with Amy Nahwegahbow, answered questions.

At 5:57 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
