Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, June 13, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of poverty reduction strategies.

Garth Johnson by videoconference from Calgary, Alberta, John Stapleton by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, Mark Wafer, Bilan Arte, Sonia Pace and Adaoma C. Patterson made statements and with Joy Hewitt answered questions.

At 10:48 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
