Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, February 27, 2019, and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 28, 2019, the Committee resumed its study of M-194, Precarious Employment in Canada.

The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

At 11:50 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:59 a.m., the sitting resumed in a televised session.

The Chair called Vote 1 under Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.

The ministers made statements and, with Chantal Maheu, answered questions.

At 1:00 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 1:04 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Graham Flack, Chantal Maheu, Leslie MacLean and Benoît Robidoux answered questions.

At 2:03 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
