Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, April 21, 2016, the Committee resumed its study on Wild Atlantic Salmon in Eastern Canada.

Mark Hambrook and Jerry Doak, by videoconference from Fredericton, New Brunswick, Susanna Fuller, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, and James D. Irving, by videoconference from Saint John, New Brunswick, made statements and answered questions.

At 5:17 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:17 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the members submit electronically their witnesses lists on the study of Northern Cod Stock to the Clerk before 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 26, 2016.

It was agreed, — That the members electronically submit their witnesses lists on the study of the Canfisco Plant Closure in Prince Rupert to the clerk before 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 26, 2016.

By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That the meeting be extended for a few more minutes.

It was agreed, — That the meeting of Tuesday, May 31, 2016 be replaced by a meeting of the Subcommittee.

At 5:40 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
