Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, June 5, 2018, the Committee commenced its study of the Regulation of the West Coast fisheries.

Rachel Donkersloot, by teleconference from Anchorage, Alaska, and Rebecca Reid made statements and, with Kevin G. Anderson and Andrew Thompson, answered questions.

At 5:30 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
