Serge Buy, Ken Block, Michael Dennis, Laurie Clement, Emil Lee, Brenda Brouwer, Charlotte Kiddell and Glenn Priestly made statements and answered questions.

At 5:05 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:14 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Tim Kennedy, Kate McInturff, Derek Nighbor, Bock Carlton, Bruce MacDonald and Brendan Marshall made statements and, with Daniel Rubenstein, answered questions.

At 6:33 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
