At 4:28 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:32 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Sarah Childs, by videoconference from London, United Kingdom, Rosie Campbell, by videoconference from London, United Kingdom, William Cross and Melanee Thomas, by videoconference from Calgary, Alberta, made statements and answered questions.

At 4:50 p.m., the Vice-Chair took the Chair.

At 5:27 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
