Pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the Clerk of the Committee proceeded to the election of a Vice-Chair.

On motion of Ziad Aboultaif, it was agreed, — That Guy Caron be elected Second Vice-Chair of the Committee.

Briefing on the United Nations Progress Study on Youth, Peace and Security
As an individual

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee proceeded to a briefing on the United Nations progress study on youth, peace and security.

The witness made a statement and answered questions.

At 9:45 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:52 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Briefing on the Current Situation in Venezuela
