Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vi) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, the Committee commenced its study of the Security of Canada Information Sharing Act (SCISA).

Kent Roach, by teleconference from Severn Bridge, Ontario, Craig Forcese and Sukanya Pillay made statements and answered questions.

At 12:59 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
