Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vi) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Access to Information Act.

Robert Marleau, Robert Mundie, Marie-Josée Thivierge, Marie-Claude Juneau, Monique McCulloch and Cheryl Fisher made statements and, with Francine Farley and Dan Proulx, answered questions.

At 10:15 a.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

On motion of Wayne Long, it was agreed, — That the Committee do now adjourn.

At 10:19 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
